Taking Down a Circle

While walking through the circle will destroy it, the energy will remain hanging around, leaving things unbalanced. It's much better to perform a set of actions, such as the ones you did to raise the circle, in reverse. It's more respectful, and it enforces the belief in your subconscious that you can indeed handle energy.

Stand in the center of your circle and extend your hand toward where you began. Slowly turn in place counterclockwise, or walk around the perimeter of the circle counterclockwise, drawing the energy back into your hand or tool of choice. Remember to shunt the excess energy down into the ground. When you reach the beginning again, do something physical like stamping your foot or clapping your hands sharply to stop the flow of energy.

If you need to ground in order to re-establish your personal energy balance, do so.
